Return Window:
You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Window Extension:
From June 3, 2024, to June 3, 2025, you can return items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Methods:
Returns can be made by mail or in-store.
Item Condition:
Items must be in new condition.
Restocking Fee:
There is no restocking fee.
Return Reason and Fees:
For returns due to buyer’s remorse, the cost of return shipping will be charged.
For defective products, the cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
Detailed Return Guidelines:
1. Original Packaging Requirements:
Products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used, or if the original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product to you unless there is a manufacturing defect. For products with manufacturing defects, the original box, information booklet, and all accessories must be returned.
2. Home & Kitchen Products:
Furniture and large home appliances are not eligible for return. Home decor products can be returned only if they are unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted. Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed will not be accepted unless they are defective.
3. Tools & Home Improvement Products:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
4. Stationery & Office Supplies:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
General Conditions:
4U Mart reserves the right to return a product to the customer if it does not meet our return guidelines. Customers will not be entitled to a refund if the product is ineligible for return. If a return request is declined, we will make two attempts to deliver the product back to the customer. If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will hold the product for three business days at our delivery hub. Customers can request another delivery attempt within these three business days by contacting our customer care team. If requested, we will arrange the final delivery attempt within two business days. If no request is made within this period, the item will be sent for liquidation, and the customer will no longer be able to request its return.
